In these terms and conditions, "77abc", "we" and "platform" refer to the 77abc-vip.cam website and its associated mobile application. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered with or is using services on 77abc.

These terms apply to all users based in Bangladesh and constitute a legal agreement between 77abc and the user. By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, you acknowledge that these terms are binding on you.

These terms must be read together with other policy documents, in particular the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete legal framework for use of the platform.

A personal account is required to use services on 77abc. During registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or incomplete information is a breach of these terms.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, 77abc reserves the right to close those accounts and freeze any funds held in them.

2.2 Identity Verification

77abc reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. For this purpose, a government-issued ID, mobile number verification or other required documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. 77abc will not be liable if your password is shared with a third party or your account is accessed by an unauthorised person. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

All services on 77abc are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Participation by minors in any gaming or betting service is strictly prohibited. You must state your age accurately during registration and provide proof of age if requested.

If it is established that a member has been operating an account while under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be deemed void. This rule is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

In addition, persons on a self-exclusion list or whose gaming activity has been prohibited by a court or legal process may not open an account on 77abc.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 77abc. All financial transactions must be made through a payment method registered in the member's own name.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Each deposit is generally processed quickly, though technical issues may occasionally cause delays.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same payment methods are accepted for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawal requests are normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Third-Party Funds

Using a mobile wallet or third-party account that is not registered in your own name to make transactions is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be suspended immediately and a review will be initiated.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal fails for any reason, contact the 77abc support team immediately. Keeping a screenshot or reference number of the transaction will help resolve the issue faster.

77abc offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus carries a wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳3,000; to withdraw from the bonus, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.1 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which is stated in the offer details.
• A bonus applies only to the account of the user for whom it was issued.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, false information or any irregular activity will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• 77abc reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend any promotion.

5.2 VIP Cashback

77abc has five VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%) and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. No separate application is needed to receive cashback — it is applied automatically.

All casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services available on 77abc are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which it is your responsibility to read before starting.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed within the game interface. If an attempt is made to place a bet outside these limits, the system will automatically reject it.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection or other technical issue, 77abc will determine the result of that round in accordance with its policy. Winnings paid out as a result of a clear technical error will be considered void.

6.3 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a reliable live dealer system. No party has any means to interfere with the outcome of any game on 77abc.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77abc platform. Breaching these rules will result in permanent account closure and, where necessary, legal action.

• Playing games or placing bets using any software, bot, automation tool or script.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Threatening, harassing or defrauding other members of the platform.
• Playing games or placing bets on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Copying or redistributing any content or software owned by the platform.

77abc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification or provision of false information.
• Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For accounts inactive over a long period, with prior notice given.

If a member has a valid balance at the time of account closure and no breach has occurred, that amount will be returned after verification is completed. However, in cases of terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
